164Vitrin hesap oluşturmak ve oturum açmak için e-posta ve kullanıcı adı işler. Google girişi, Google’ın paylaştığı temel profil ve e-posta bilgilerini Supabase Auth üzerinden kullanır. Google şifrenizi almayız. Şifreyle üyelikte şifre Supabase Auth tarafından yönetilir.
Koleksiyon başlangıçta gizlidir. Herkese açarsanız kullanıcı adınız, görünen adınız, sahip olduğunuz modeller ve paylaşmayı seçtiğiniz il, ilçe ve mahalle görünür. Alış fiyatı, özel notlar, alış tarihi ve saklama yeri herkese açılmaz. GPS veya sürekli konum takibi yapılmaz. Tekliflerde yazılı konum karşı tarafa gösterilir; eski tekliflerdeki konum kaydı kalabilir.
Gönderdiğiniz model ve fotoğraflar moderatör incelemesine gider. Orijinal ve hazırlanan fotoğraf yalnızca siz ve yetkili moderatörlerce görülebilir. Onaylanan model ve katalog fotoğrafı herkese açılır. Fotoğrafın arka planı cihazınızda hazırlanır. Teklif ve görüşmeler ilgili taraflara aittir.
Veriler Supabase, site ve herkese açık dosyalar Cloudflare üzerinden sunulur. Dil ve oturum tercihi cihazınızda saklanır. “Beni hatırla” seçiliyse oturum kalıcı depolamada, değilse tarayıcı oturumu depolamasında tutulur. Çıkış yaparak yerel oturumu temizleyebilirsiniz. Ayrı tarayıcı ve uygulama oturumları bağımsızdır.

Kullanıcı kendi koleksiyon kayıtlarını uygulamadan temizleyebilir; hesap ve yayımlanan katkılarla ilgili talepler yönetici tarafından değerlendirilir. Teklif geçmişi ve moderasyon kayıtları güvenlik ve uyuşmazlık incelemesi için ayrıca değerlendirilebilir.
164Vitrin processes your email address and username to create accounts and sign you in. Google sign-in uses the basic profile and email information provided by Google through Supabase Auth. We do not receive your Google password. Password-based accounts are managed by Supabase Auth.
Collections are private by default. Making a collection public exposes your username, display name, owned models and the city, district and neighbourhood you choose to share. Purchase prices, private notes, purchase dates and storage locations stay private. We do not use GPS or live tracking. Written locations are shared with the other party on offers and may remain on earlier offers.
Submitted models and photos are reviewed by moderators. Original and processed photos are accessible to the submitter and authorised reviewers. Approved models and catalogue photos become public. Background preparation runs on your device. Offers and conversations belong to the relevant parties.
Supabase provides data and authentication services. Cloudflare serves the site and public files. Language and session preferences are stored on your device. Remember me uses persistent storage; otherwise browser session storage is used. Signing out clears the local session. Browser and installed app sessions are separate.
For account deletion, data or privacy requests contact 164vitrin@gmail.com. You can clear your collection records in the app. Account and published contribution requests are reviewed by the administrator. Offer history and moderation logs may need separate review for security or disputes.
